Sweet and sour shrimp

First time I came here, I cooked this shrimp for hubby, he like it. Hope you like it too.
Ingredients :

1 pound shrimp ( shelled and deveined )
1/4 cup chopped onion (or 2 shallot)
1 red chilli (seeded and chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced or chopped)
1 lemon ( juice )
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp salt ( as desired )
1 tsp sugar ( as desire )
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp white pepper
spring parsley for garnish
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Directions:

Marinate shrimp with lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes. Heat 1 cup cooking oil on the large pan, fry shrimp for about 3 minutes or until pink, set aside. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil on another pan , add minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped red chilli, simmer it until fragrant. Add fry shrimp, tomato sauce, dried parsley ,white pepper, sugar. Simmer it for about 3 minute. Serve.
